Authorization

You may only scan systems you own or have explicit permission to test. Unauthorized scanning may be illegal in your jurisdiction. By starting a scan you confirm you have that permission.

No warranty

SafetyScan is a best-effort, non-intrusive checker. A clean grade does not mean the site is secure. A finding may be a false positive (CDN, WAF, or custom routing). We are not liable for damages arising from use of the reports.

Acceptable use

• No automated mass scanning beyond the published rate limits
• No using reports to threaten or extort operators
• No sending email to people who did not expect it unless you are the site owner

Rate limits

Free use is capped per network. SafetyScan Pro raises that cap. Unlocking a single report does not raise scan quota.

Paid reports

Payments are processed by Stripe. A one-time unlock permanently reveals Pro evidence on that scan URL. A Pro subscription reveals Pro evidence on every report while the subscription is active. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Grades are best-effort and not a pentest certification.
